New B2 Press for Prime Print Group Expands Production Capabilities

The new press will allow for the production of a much wider range of work. “The increase to a B2  sheet size means that we will be able to print four pages of A4 to view, business folders, and six-page A4-format newsletters and promotional materials,” said Adrian Tolley, Production Director of the Print Group. “We are really excited by the new press and have already seen some stunning results. DPM took control of the whole installation programme for Prime Print Group, including the removal and re-installation of their B3-format machine, and the preparation, transport and installation of the new five-colour machine.

“The most important part of an installation is to provide minimal disruption to day-to-day production at the print business,” added Tim Pawley. “Our engineering team are used to such demands, and were able to make the changes at Prime Print Group as smoothly as possible.”
